How does SCR keep things secure?
SCR only grants access to companies and people it can reliably identify. To make that work, every company that uses SCR needs a piece of software — a secure digital safe that stores your company's identity. We call this the ID Wallet. You need one to use SCR.
The main question is: who hosts and manages the ID Wallet?
ID Wallet hosted by you
The ID Wallet runs on your own server infrastructure. You're in full control, but it requires dedicated server capacity, time and IT resources on your end to install, host and maintain.
ID Wallet hosted by us
The ID Wallet runs on servers that SCR manages for you, not on your own systems. Nothing to install, nothing to maintain on your end. You just log in and go.

OPTION 1
SCR Basic
For companies that want to keep recurring costs at an absolute minimum, have server infrastructure and IT resources available to install, host, and maintain the ID Wallet, and don't need specific premium features.

Technical requirements
Setup
The ID Wallet runs on your own server infrastructure and requires dedicated IT resources - either in-house or via an external partner - to install, configure and maintain. During a 30-minute video call, our support team will walk you through the installation procedure. Get in touch with our support team today to set up an installation appointment. We advise to plan your installation at least 4 weeks before the end of your free trial period. Plan for the time and cost involved and start well before your trial ends to avoid any interruption to your operations.
Hosting & Maintenance
Once installed, hosting and maintenance are entirely your responsibility.
Access
Users get access to SCR via the SCR web portal.

For freight forwarders, transporters and consignees with higher volumes who want SCR fully integrated into their own logistics software via API. No separate portal, no manual steps. Your team works entirely within the systems they already know.

Technical setup
Set-up
SCR is already connected to Organi, Intris, Dockflow, Modality.io, Cofano, Go4Logistics, Logiqstar, Fargo Systems and WiseTech Global. If your operating system is on this list, simply reach out to your provider or us to activate. If your operating system is not yet supported, a developer or your provider will need to build the connection using our technical documentation.
Hosting & Maintenance
SCR hosts and maintains the ID Wallet for you, API hosting is included in your plan.
Access
SCR runs embedded in your existing systems, accessed entirely via API.

SCR Integration comes in two pricing models — one based on volume, one at a flat monthly rate.
