Work without PIN codes

SCR enables a 100% PINcode-free release process, from Carrier, over the Freight Forwarder, up to the Transporter on the Terminal.

But we can't change this overnight. Therefore, we roll out SCR using a phased approach.

In phase I, called Secure Release, the Carrier decides to replace the PINcode. The First Release party receives the release without a PINcode. Then, a PINcode is used further on, just like before.

In phase II, called Secure Transfer, the First Release party can transfer the release to the Second Release party without using a PINcode. However, requesting PINcodes remains possible so that anyone can work like before.

In phase III, called Secure Pick-up, the Transporter assigns the right to a trucker who can pick-up a container at the Terminal without a PINcode.
